～28日（水）➡通常スケジュール

12月29日（木）
12:30　OPEN

13:00～13:45　総合格闘技クラス

14:30～15:30   キックボクシング☆

16:00　大掃除（1時間程度）➡参加可能な人はお願いいたします。

12月30日（金）
～1月4日（水）➡休館

1月5日（木）➡通常スケジュール

※大掃除は参加可能な方のみです、強制ではありません。
